All of our inspectors are trained to go beyond the minimum standards of practice. If they can access an outlet or window, it will be checked. We do care about the property you are looking to purchase and communicate to the buyer in clear language all of our findings. The thermal imaging cameras give an extra layer of information to the inspection process most firms do not offer. So, the buyer can make an educated decision about the purchase of the home.
